This revolution does not involve barricades, rather the least revolutionary vehicle possible - the scheme of delegation (SoD). And this is no doubt why this very fundamental change has been largely under the radar, until recently you had to be a governance geek to understand the significance of the SoD. The session will explore the significance of the SoD, current practice around the use of the SoD and consider ways in which the scheme of delegation could, perhaps, be used more effectively to influence practice in a MAT.
