Getting to grips with data - a governors’ perspective’

29th Jun 2016

Organiser
Avec Partnership Ltd

The Governance Handbook (DfE) identifies that the board must have access to objective, high quality and timely data if it is to create robust accountability and know the questions that need to be asked of the school leadership.

The session will explore the range of data sources available to governing boards and the ways in which school performance data can be used to support school self-evaluation. It will enable governors to engage fully with discussions about data in relation to the educational performance of their school.
