Level 3 Paediatric First Aid

Do you have a current paediatric first aid certificate?  It is good practice for all staff working with children in the Early Years to hold a current paediatric first aid certificate. EYPS offer accredited paediatric first aid training to all our Partner Schools for the cost of £90 per person for the full 2 days. We will offer our SNE partner schools a 20% discount for this course. We could also offer an in house service if you wished to train multiple members of your staff at once, we would be more than happy to come to you at your setting. This is to help you meet the new requirements from the Department for Education. The new requirement means that a nursery/school recruiting a level 2 or level 3 member of staff who has newly completed their early years/childcare qualification must have an emergency paediatric first aid or a full paediatric first aid certificate, if they are to count towards the staff/qualification ratios under the early years foundation stage.
