Shonette Bason-Wood is different, from her look to her energy to her content.  She spent most of her teaching career giving permission to children to learn in innovative ways.  She still teaches one day per week. In this training Shonette gives staff Permission to be Happy in their work, which impacts on the excitement and engagement of the children.

You may think you have heard it all before, and you probably have, but through her dynamic and unique style she will challenge her audience to reflect on current modes of thinking and energise them to impact change through her Permission To model.

In the training, Shonette demonstrates activities and ways staff can present the curriculum to motivate the children and accelerate learning.  Delegates will leave with a wealth of ideas which they can implement the following day. By the end, Shonette may leave the room but she will leave a Permission To legacy that every person will benefit from.

On a personal level she is raising FOUR lively teenagers and runs her own successful business, is not only an international educational consultant, trainer,  international speaker but also an author of both children and adult books.  She writes her own speaking and training packages and is unique in all ways.
