20th Jan 2016

Organiser
North East Raising Aspiration Partnership

The North East Raising Aspiration Partnership would like to invite parents, carers and advisers of students with SEND in Year 11 and above to Supporting SEND: Transition to Uni.

The event will highlight the support available for young people wishing to progress into higher education and provide an opportunity to gain specialist support with the UCAS application process, Student Finance and Disabled Students Allowance.   We will have experts on hand to inform next steps and also trouble shoot any problems or potential concerns parents/carers may have during the transition between school and higher education.

The event will be on Wednesday 20 January, 5-7:30pm at Northumbria University. To book onto the event please visit, www.nerap.ac.uk/transition-to-uni

The North East Raising Aspiration Partnership, is a collaboration of the five universities in the region, Durham, Newcastle, Northumbria, Sunderland and Teesside.

As a Partnership we work together to ensure every young person has the opportunity to make informed decisions about Higher Education. We are part of the National Networks of Collaborative Outreach (NNCO) and are officially recognised as the single points of contact for the region.
