YouNE Cares

The North East Raising Aspiration Partnership would like to invite pupils in Year 10 and 11 with caring responsibilities to YouNE Cares. The aim of the programme is to increase the confidence of young carers and provide them with an opportunity to celebrate their achievements and explore their options post compulsory education.
The programme will enable young carers to access all local universities in the North East through attendance evening events and a residential experience.
The programme launches on Young Carers Day on Thursday 28 January 2016 at 5pm, at St Peter’s Campus, Sunderland University. For more information and to apply to YouNE Cares, please visit www.nerap.ac.uk/youne-cares .
